Mega Communications is established in 1992 with %100 Turkish capital and structured to produce value-added services and products to be commerced over the telecommunication sector. As being headquartered in Dusseldorf, it has been maintaining its activities in 12 different countries like Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Poland, Bulgaria, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Switzerland and now in Turkey by the releasement steps are being taken in telecommunication market.

Mega has been kept maintaining its services since 1992, even it managed to do so in 2000, while the telecommunication firms were struggling with the crisis and facing many significant problems. Actually, Mega reached a huge net endorsement of 115 million Euro and it commenced to its international investments and studies and gained speed for being structured over Middle and Eastern countries of Europe since 1996. It employs approximately 1000 people over 12 countries .

Mega creates activities in five main fields of the sector and it has two licences for the released operators in Germany. Mega meets 600.000 people's fix-line communication needs by producing a national and international traffic performance more than 15 million minutes in Germany as being the owner of licences and networks known as 010012 and 01058. In fact; it has a network investment more than 75 million US dollars and special tariffs referring to 170 countries of the world; Mega gained a traffic volume of 7 billion minutes by the end of 2003.
